you guarantee an AM/PM delivery ?

NO.
During 'Peak period's we are unable to guarantee AM/PM deliveries as we
are trying to accommodate as many customers orders as possible.

N.B.
Exceptions to this would include Funeral Tributes, Hotels and
exceptional circumstances. Additional charges may apply.

Can you
arrange specific flowers of my choice ?

No.
Not within 5 days of any Peak Period. Only the illustrated and
listed products are available. However special products may be requested
and where possible accommodated but not guaranteed.

Irrespective
of product, the full value will always be executed.
|

Can you
confirm when my delivery has been made ?
|
|
|
No. From
the point the order enters the Delivery and Dispatch Area, the sales
staff will not have easy/quick access to check the delivery
status. Deliveries will be made on the day you requested, between
8.00am & 6.00pm (Business addresses 9.00a.m.- 5.00p.m.

What will
you do if the recipient is not in/available ?
|
|
|
The
Company, Blooms (UK) Ltd, provides all drivers with printed cards,
one of which will be left at the recipients address informing him/her of
the safe location of the delivery. (e.g. a neighbour or in the case of
an office/work location, a responsible colleague.) Every delivery
will have a signature for accountability and safe keeping.

Can
we place an order after specified cut off period
|
|
|
If you
decide to place an order after this time the delivery nor the chosen
product can be guaranteed. It will be treated as an 'Open
Order' which under our terms & conditions may not be delivered
on Mother's Day. If delivery is made we reserve the right to
substitute your chosen product for the most similar product possible, to
the same value.

All
Blooms (UK) Ltd drivers understand the importance of your
order. In any eventuality they will endeavour to fulfil
your delivery whenever possible.
