After being so impressed with the bouquet of fresh lilies ordered by my sister in May, I've just placed another order with you for my parents anniversary.  Our custom will return to you as your product was so spectacular in every way.  This time I have even added some wine, chocolates and a balloon!!!

I am writing to congratulate you on the quality of the flowers that were sent to my wife for Valentine's Day. The size of the box was totally unexpected and the variety of its contents quite fascinating, as there were flowers in there that we don't see down here... Excellent.
